Contract/Temp

It is a flexible option for both the client and the candidate. Due to unpredictable work load, need of a talent for a project for limited time frame (several months), it would not be meaningful for a customer to hire a talent as a permanent employee. Contract/Temp staffing is a solution whenever such need arises. It helps customer to save on the cost by hiring the talent only for the period they need the talent to get the work done. The customer does not need to worry about candidate's payroll, benefits, PTOs.

Direct Hire

Direct hire positions are permanent positions. The customer hires the talent as a full time employee and provides company benefits. The customer utilizes the staffing company to find the talent, and then hires them directly on their payroll. Direct hire works best for the customer when they want to hire a talent for a long term and have an ongoing need for such talents.

Contract to Hire

Contract to Hire or Right to Hire to Temp to Hire is a hybrid of Contract and Direct Hire positions. These are the positions where the customer intends to hire the talent as a full time employee after a certain period (usually 3-12 months) but does not want to hire as full time employee in the beginning. During the temp to hire period, the employee works on contract employee through the staffing firm and paid by the staffing firm. During this period, the customer gets a better understanding of the talent about their capabilities, suitability and culture fitment in their organization.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Recruitment Process Outsourcing, RPO, is a form of business process outsourcing that enables an employer transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external provider. Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers can manage the entire recruiting/hiring process, or can manage few aspects, as decided by the client, of the process. It serves as an extension of the company's human resources department.
